You may request to cancel or reschedule your consultation or strategy session by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation request is received with more than 24 hours' notice, we will offer a reschedule or issue a refund. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the booked slot may not be eligible for a refund due to dedicated coach allocation.
Consultation bookings and payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay) and subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Please review the booking details carefully before completing your payment.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your full name, registered phone number or email address, and Razorpay payment details. Each request is evaluated in accordance with the applicable purchase terms.
Where a money-back guarantee is specifically offered with a consultation or programme, the terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.
Services, diagnostic reviews, or coaching consultations that have already been conducted or fully delivered are non-refundable.
Where a refund or cancellation is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
